Personal Mechanic

All your servicing and maintenance work will be carried out by an experienced and skilled mechanic who will comply with all the manufacturers’ specifications and use genuine parts only, unless otherwise directed. He will take great care of your machine mechanically and aesthetically and even clean up after himself!
The mobile workshop coming to you is a specially designed vehicle and has an hydraulically powered flat floor and is large enough to accommodate almost any motorcycle or scooter.
All waste fluids, chemicals and batteries are disposed of using an environmentally correct method.

For general questions concerning motorcycles and their mantenance, you can use the Optiflow-forum's questions and answers section by clicking the link below.

Computerised Carburettor/Injection Balancing
and Idle Synchronisation

Your mechanic will use a high quality analyser to perfectly balance your throttle bodies, improving your throttle response and fuel consumption. Only suitable for multi-cylinder machines. Idle mixture synchronisation is also available for the fine tuning of each individual carburettor or injector body. Idle mixtures are set against a chosen 'master'. Two-stroke and Wankel engines are also covered.
Fork Straightening
A small, specially built hydraulic press can be used for fork straightening, and is used for many workshop procedures, such as a bearing or bush press.

Motorcycle Restoration Planning

Many of us over the years have collected the odd classic, rare or unusual bike or scooter. Unfortunately, often the costs of restoration far outweigh any potential profit, or more importantly any means to justify the large outlay on, for what can only be described as, an emotional attachment for a piece of machinery.
So, the solution is to do it in stages; bit by bit, month by month, even year by year. Then, affordable bike renovation becomes possible.

Potential Stages:
Engine re-build and modifications
Frame shot blasting and powder coating
Tank, panels and cowlings re-spraying
Alternators, starters and loom re-wired
Seat re-covering, and chrome plating
Electronic ignition conversions
Welding for aluminium, steel etc, and metal polishing
Hand built custom exhaust systems
